Administration, Payroll, HR and Marketing
I have worked alongside my husband, Jason since we began the business in 2004. My tertiary degree and career background are in the marketing and branding fields, however, my experience over the past nine years has been babies and children! I am the mum of four beautiful children and lucky to be able to work part-time around my children and their dreams.
I have taken on the many, varied roles which come with owning a small business, including administration tasks and ordering, staff payroll and superannuation, recruitment selection and performance management of all staff, and our marketing and online advertising campaigns.
I also manage our Compliance program and work closely alongside key partners to maintain and build a transparent, healthy, customer-focused business. In my spare time, I enjoy playing netball, running and reading. I also manage my daughters' netball teams, am a Parent Rep and sit on the School Board for Hensman Street Kindy.
