Workers Compensation

Workers Compensation is compulsory for all employers in Western Australia. This insurance protects employers and employees from financial costs when a worker sustains a work-related injury or disease. As per WorkCover law, ALL workers must be covered by a workers compensation policy. Failure to obtain cover, will result in large fines and penalties issued by WorkCover WA. Westralian Insurance will assist in determining cover, explaining the requirements of insuring sub-contractors, working directors and family members as well as assisting with injury management and return-to-work programs.
